• (90 minutes before departure) Assemble at the Singapore Ferry Terminal. Please proceed to the ferry operator’s counter to collect your boarding pass. Boarding passes are issued based on confirmation from the ferry operator. The ferry journey from Singapore to Batam usually takes around 45 Minutes to 1 Hour.

• Upon arrival, receive a warm welcome from PT GLOBAL VACATION TRAVEL (glovatrip.com) and meet your friendly local guide, after completing immigration and customs clearance. They will escort you to an air-conditioned bus where we will commence our city tour. During the tour, we will visit various attractions en route :

Around 17:30, the tour will end. You may proceed to the ferry terminal according to your ferry schedule, or choose to stay in Batam (hotels can be booked with us). If you choose to stay, we will transfer you to your hotel for check-in. Once the transfer or hotel check-in is completed, the tour will officially end.
